Nzitsa Platforms

The Zambian technology company I founded to turn local needs into focused ventures, with shared product, engineering and operating foundations across education, payments and AI.

Why I founded Nzitsa Platforms

I kept seeing practical needs that a single project could not address on its own: local skills development, useful AI infrastructure and dependable digital payments. Nzitsa Platforms is the company I founded to give those ideas teams, operating discipline and a longer horizon than a short-term prototype.

A company of focused ventures

The company website presents a clear structure. Nzitsa Academy serves learners and instructors. Nzitsa Pay processes internal Nzitsa payments while public use remains closed. Nzitsa AI Labs is the AI product and builder platform. Nzitsa Health is described by the company as in development. These ventures can share engineering knowledge and operating experience without pretending that one product's maturity applies to another.

As founder and CEO, my work spans product direction, the engineering questions behind each venture, and the partnerships needed to make useful systems last. Co-founder and COO James Lungu shapes the technical and operating foundations alongside the wider team. This is a company-building project, not a claim that I built every component alone.

The team behind the work

At a Nzitsa team meeting, we discussed seminar plans alongside the work on Nzitsa AI Labs, Nzitsa Pay and Nzitsa Academy. The photographs below show the working session and the public company and Academy pages displayed in the room. Nzitsa Events is the platform being used for the first seminar on 21 November 2026.

Evidence and next steps

Nzitsa Platforms publicly records its PACRA registration in Zambia, the K80,000 Engineering Institution of Zambia grant awarded in 2026 to advance Nzitsa AI Labs and the Nzeru Initiative, and Nzitsa Academy's first-place recognition in the 2025 national JETS/TETS Computer Science and AI category. The company updates also describe Pay's development stage and the direction of the other ventures. Each product case study on this site keeps its own implementation and release boundary.

My role

As founder and CEO, I lead the company direction and product strategy, connecting the problems each venture addresses to engineering work, partnerships and the team that delivers it.

The company model

Nzitsa Platforms gives its ventures a common operating home while each product focuses on its own users: Academy on practical learning, Pay on payment operations and AI Labs on applied AI tools.

Public progress

The company publicly documents its PACRA registration, the 2026 EIZ grant for AI Labs and Nzeru, and Nzitsa Academy's 2025 JETS/TETS recognition.

Different stages

Academy is public, Pay processes internal Nzitsa payments while public use remains closed, AI Labs has a public platform site, and Health is still in development. Each has a different release stage.
